• The type of visit. A first visit includes a history, an exam and a discussion of findings.

• Imaging. In-motion DDR X-ray is a separate service, recommended only when it is clinically indicated.

• Therapies. Shockwave, laser therapy and e-stim are added individually when they fit the problem.

• The number of visits. A recent problem may need a short course of care, and a long-standing one may need more visits over time.
